Refund Policy

We understand that returns are sometimes necessary and we are here to help you through that process. We readily accept returns for products that are shipped to you incorrectly, have physical defects, or are damaged during transit.

Simply send an email to info@seconaid.com  to let us know within 48 hours of getting the products. It is important to note that products that have been used, have had the seal broken, or have had the serial number tampered with will not be eligible for return.

We'll walk you through the process once you've started a return, and our staff will carefully inspect the returned item whenever we receive it. After reviewing the request, we'll start the refund process as appropriate.
